From our signature meatloaf – to our peerless mac & cheese – to our classic seafood cobb salad,  we craft our food from only the freshest made-from-scratch recipes and farm-to-table ingredients. There is no better view of the Lehigh Valley from the Tap Room & Bar overlooking one of the USA Today’s Top 10 Main Streets.

Start your day with breakfast here while the enjoying the morning sun shining through the beautifully  arched windows. Enjoy our fresh made Belgian waffles or the “Hotel B” breakfast which are two favorites to the Tap Room.

Tradition to the Tap Room, is our Lehigh Valley’s Premier Thursday night jazz. Our bar scene takes on the most happenin’ place to be in Downtown Bethlehem. From the locals to esteemed celebrities the sounds coming from the Tap Room are enjoyable by everyone.

Home to the Gallery of Distinguished Guests who have stayed with us since 1922. From former Presidents, to athletes and political figures, musicians and celebrities – you may even find your favorite celebrity’s picture hanging on the wall!

Solid malt character with soft bitterness. It’s smooth with a light to medium body, and has a crispy, clean, dry finish.
