A MESSAGE FROM HISTORIC HOTEL BETHLEHEM

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all that we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates.  We will continue to closely monitor and exceed the guidelines set forth by the CDC, The American Hotel & Lodging Association along with local and state Health Departments.

We have always taken standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry.  We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based upon industry and regulatory directives.  Please check this page 24 hours prior to your arrival, as services and policies can change quickly.

MASKS

For the health and safety of our associates and other guests, we respectfully ask that masks be worn in all areas of the hotel.

  • Masks must be worn by guests anytime that they are not in their guest rooms. This includes:
    • Guest floor hallways
    • Elevators & elevator landings
    • Lobbies
    • Restaurants/Bars
    • Shops

Our goal is to keep our guests and staff healthy and safe. Please do not be offended if a member of our staff asks you to put your mask on.

Social Distancing

Our staff is taking additional measures to ensure that social distancing is maintained at all times.  When speaking with guests or other staff members, we ensure that everyone is 6’ apart.  Signage has been placed throughout the hotel as a friendly reminder to guests and staff to practice social distancing.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE

  • The Tap Room is open 7 days a week (Sunday through Saturday)
    • 12pm to 10pm for Lunch & Dinner
    • Reservations are required and can be made through OpenTable
    • 20% gratuity is automatically added to all checks
    • Credit Cards Only
    • No more than 8 guests per table, and we ask that table times are limited to 90 minutes
    • Masks are required when entering/leaving the hotel, getting up from the table to utilize the restroom or move about the restaurant/hotel
  • 1741 on the Terrace is temporarily closed for dine in service
  • Outdoor Dining is permitted 7 days a week (Sunday through Saturday)
    • Hours of dining are 12pm to 10pm for Lunch & Dinner
    • Reservations are required and can be made through OpenTable
    • 18% gratuity is automatically added to all checks
    • Credit Cards Only
    • No more than 6 guests per table, and we ask that table times are limited to 90 minutes
  • Take Out will be available 7 days a week (Sunday through Saturday)
    • 12pm to 9pm
    • To place an order call 610-625-2226
  • Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor is open for take out 7 days a week
    • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 1pm to 9pm
    • Thursday through Sunday 10am to 10pm

CATERING SERVICES

  • We are now open for banquet & catering services!
    • Face masks are required when entering/leaving the hotel, walking to the restroom, any public areas such as the main bar, front desk, lobby, etc.
    • Hotel staff will wear face masks at all times when greeting you and serving you
  • Our max capacity for each room will vary right now for social distancing
  • Guests hosting the event/meeting must provide a tracking form per state government guidelines
    • Form must include all guest names attending the event/meeting, their telephone number and their location for the next 14 days after the event/meeting
    • The form will be given to those planning the events/meetings prior to the event and must be returned before the event/meeting starts

The Shoppe is open 7 days a week! We also have a limited inventory online available for purchase.

  • Sunday through Thursday 10am to 6pm
  • Friday & Saturday 10am to 8pm

HOTEL GUEST SERVICES

  • Accepting Credit Cards and Hotel Bethlehem Gift Cards only – NO CASH
  • Valet Service is temporarily suspended
  • Turn Down Service is temporarily suspended
  • Dine in service is available in the Tap Room from 12pm to 10pm daily
    • Reservations are required, and can be made through OpenTable
  • Take Out service is available daily 12:00pm to 9:00pm

GUEST ROOM ARRIVAL

  • Guest rooms are left vacant for 24 hours between occupancy whenever possible
  • Our Hotel Guest room windows open to allow fresh air in
  • Please notify the hotel via phone or email with your estimated time of arrival if possible
  • Unless traveling together, one person in an elevator car at a time
  • All rooms are prepared with EPA approved disinfectant
  • Stay over service is provided to guests by request only
    • The service is available until 4pm daily

GUEST ROOM DEPARTURE

  • Please Dial “0” to inform our guest service team that you are checking out
  • Please leave your keys in your guest room
  • We will email your receipt to you

Cancellations

It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime that you choose to visit Historic Hotel Bethlehem.

  • We will waive all cancellation fees for overnight accommodations effective until July 31st, 2020.
  • For a full refund on stays from August 1, 2020 onward, please cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival date.*
  • Guests who book via online travel agents or other third party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

*Some packages, offers and special event dates might have different cancellation policies.  Please review your reservation for details.

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our public areas (lobbies, elevators, door handles, public restrooms, etc) with the continued use of EPA approved disinfectant.
  • We have increased the availability of hand sanitizer throughout the building and encourage our guests and associates to utilize them.
  • All associates will have their temperatures taken upon reporting to work. Associates who are ill are not permitted to work.
  • Continued training on new measures of cleaning/sanitizing and disinfecting.
