Historic Hotel Bethlehem Takes To The Air Waves With New Radio Program

“Historic Bethlehem Happenings” airs weekly on WGPA 1100

BETHLEHEM, PA October 22, 2013 A new weekly local radio show is touting activities, events, attractions, and more going on in the Christmas City’s historic district.

Sponsored by Historic Hotel Bethlehem, “Historic Bethlehem Happenings” airs live every Thursday morning between 8-8:30 a.m. on WGPA Sunny 1100 AM.  It is hosted by Kelly Ronalds, Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel, with General Manager Dennis Costello as the program’s co-host.

Each week the radio show features a different in-studio guest from a different downtown business, company or non-profit organization.  The program’s first guest was Hotel Owner Bruce Haines who discussed the hotel’s new hard cover coffee table book that tells the history not just of the current hotel but also that of the city’s first house which stood on the same site, and of the former Eagle Hotel that preceded Hotel Bethlehem.
