The menu incorporates four courses of an exquisite Italian meal, each course carefully paired with a complimenting fine wine.
The evening begins with “L’antipasto” of Fra’mani hand crafted soppressata, Volpi filzette garlic salami, a robust sausage from the Italian Alps prepared with grilled artichoke hearts with cornichons, served with 2007 Moletto Refosco Dal Penduncolo Rosso Veneto Orientale IGT.
“Il primo” offers capellini pomodoro with garlic, tomato, basil and parmigiano reggiano served with 2010 Brandini Arneis Langhe and veal cheek ravioli with a bone marrow truffle demi glaze served with 2009 Rocche Costamangna Dolcetto D’Alba Rubis.
“Il secondo” is braised veal osso bucco with escarole gnocchi pancetta sage jus served with 2009 Prunotto Babaresco.
For dessert, “Il dolce” Pastry Chef Cassandra Trippaldi, will be preparing a moist Ricotta cake with fresh fruit and an earthy basil gelato paired with Marchese diBarolo Mascato D’Asti
