Bethlehem, Pa. (March 21, 2011) – Dennis J. Costello, General Manager of the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, is pleased to once again welcome ghost hunters to Bethlehem for the hotel’s “Ghost Weekend.” EVP, Infrared Thermal Scanners, EMF detectors, DVR’s, you are welcome to bring it, set up and sit back to see and hear the “sights and sounds” for the weekend. “We have a great weekend set up for our guests interested in seeing the hotel’s ghosts for themselves” says Costello.
The weekend will be led by “The GhostBreakers” an organization that is dedicated to researching and investigating paranormal activity, interestingly, this group is made up of professional investigators and law enforcement officers. “GhostBreakers approach ghost hunting from an entirely different standpoint, they do an enormous amount of background research in addition to the paranormal research” says Kelly Ronalds, Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel. Ronalds says “they bring years of investigative skills to the field of paranormal research, which is unique.” The hotel permitted GhostBreakers access to restricted areas of the hotel to conduct a comprehensive study of potential paranormal activity. “They’ve been conducting examinations since January and on Saturday evening, April 2, they will be presenting their evidence to the Ghost Weekend participants, and I know I’ll be there!” says Ronalds.
The “Ghost Weekend” package has events that begin on Friday, April 1st with a full day of ghostly talks, trainings, tours, investigations and concludes with the hotel’s famous Sunday Musical Brunch, a guest favorite and a great place to re-group and talk about the weekend’s ghostly experiences.
