We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. We do not accept personal checks for room charge payment.
All reservations must have a credit card on file in order to guarantee the reservation. At check in a credit card must be presented to the Front Desk. A hold for the total estimated charges will be held against this card. This hold may take up to fifteen (15) days to be released if alternate payment methods are used.
If the credit card that will be used as payment will not be present at check in or check out, a credit card authorization form must be filled out by the cardholder. In order to receive a credit card authorization form, please contact our reservations department at 610-625-5000.
